I work with finished character designs only, not descriptions. At the moment I'm not accepting design commission requests.
I don't work with deadlines (unless discussed beforehand + paid the Rush fee), but my turnaround is 1 week ~ 1 month after I started.
The customer can request up to 3 adjustments in sketch phase for free, more than that or after the sketch is approved there will be additional charges for adjustments.
Keep it private means:I won’t stream or share the process anywhere publicly.
I’ll wait accordingly for the customer’s release/debut date (let me know beforehand please) to post the commission.
By default I’ll only post after the customer posted or after 3 months in case the customer don’t notify me.
Payment process:Payment via Stripe mainly, PayPal only as last resource. Split payments are available for commissions which total over U$200.
You will receive only the digital art file. I do not work with printed commissions nor any other physical art merch unless discussed beforehand.
The commission is not refundable once I’ve started working on it (initial sketches).
If you'd like your artwork to be private and not posted it will cost extra.
General information:You can't claim my art, designs or other works/commissions made by me as your own. Please be sure to credit me when posting it on other sites.
If the commission is a fanart, I will be able to use it for portfolio/prints/artbooks etc. If the commission is your original character, I will still use it for digital content that doesn't include PSD file and full-sized illustration.
The commission’s progress can be tracked on my Trello. After finished, a Google Drive link with the full-res will be sent. I do not keep files in my drive for a long time, so any lost files that weren’t saved within 2 weeks are the responsibility of the customer and therefore won’t be refunded.
